Sending a gift?

We will send your order directly to the recipient (without a price reference), along with a hand written message on a matching gift tag at no additional cost.   Write your message during check-out.


How will my order be sent:

Mostly all creations are wrapped in tissue paper, boxed in a gorgeous silver gift box tied with white satin ribbon, gift tag attached, bubble wrapped, nestled in shred and packed in a brown postal box so it should arrive safe and in perfect condition.


Post cut off times:

Most non-personalised order with a production time of 1-2 days, received before 11am are usually dispatched that same day, subject to workloads and in accordance studio opening times.

Whilst we try to meet your often tight deadlines, we can not be held liable if your order is not received on time, in accordance with the terms and conditions.

Yes.  We deliver to the following countries: Austria, Australia, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Romania, Russia, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Turkey and the USA.

In most cases, delivery is within 1 week, however, delays may occur due to that country's customs department, so allow up to 3 weeks!

Please note, parcels can not be tracked after leaving the UK via Royal Mail, but may be trackable via the intended country's postal service website such as USPS.com, Auspost.com.au etc.

Recipients are responsible for paying any Import Duties and Taxes.  Packages are usually marked as "gifts".  Please check your intended country's current import regulations.

After you have been advised of dispatch and details, please remain vigilant for your parcel. If delivery was attempted, you will be given a card to advise where your parcel is being held and the onus is on the recipient to ensure collection.  Items will only be held for a short time before returning to the sender and you will incur costs if items are returned.


What has happened to my order?

All items are sent 1st class Royal Mail, a trusted and very reliable service.

For UK addresses, 95% of parcels are received the day after dispatch.  However, they can take up to 3 working days and longer between 1-20 December due to high volumes at Christmas time.

You will receive confirmation of dispatch via email.  If your order has not been received within the stated estimated delivery times above, please check the Royal Mail website with your tracking number before contacting us.  If you do not have a tracking number, please wait at least 3 working days before getting in touch.

If you were out and delivery was attempted, you should receive a "whilst you were out card" which instructions on how to locate and collect your parcel.  The Royal Mail will hold your parcel for a maximum of 21 days before returning it to the sender.

Melinda makes every effort on her part to ensure you have all the information you need to receive your parcel, therefore Melinda takes no responsibility whatsoever for attempted delivery. If your order has been returneed, customers will be contacted via email and orders held until payment is received for additional postage charges before resending.
