Ancient scrolls in Fine Silver replicate tiny paper messages sent by pigeon hundreds of years ago. When correspondence was hand-penned and sealed with wax.
Ancient scrolls stamped with your personal message are another original design by Melinda Mulcahy sculptured in .999 Fine Silver, precious metal ArtClay, see “Crafting” about production process.
One end is rolled up so it looks like there is further information concealed. The finish will be rough, slightly cracked in places and blackened to appear ancient.
Tactile and textural, small scrolls £39 measures approx 45mm in length x 7-8mm wide. Short scroll max 20 characters, longer size £43.50 max 26 characters, or buy both sizes and save £5. Stamped on one side only!
Perfect worn with both sizes together or with a wax seal, escutcheon or Fortune Cookie (see pictures). Sold as a single scroll pendant with soldered ring, or customerise to make it personal:
